We store your personal data securely using encrypted cloud services provided by Microsoft Office 365. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain data only as long as necessary:

-       General contact details, coaching notes and assessment/test results for clients: Stored for five (5) years after the client relationship ends.

-       General contact details for non-clients: Stored for five (5) years.

-       Stories on website: Five (5) years after publication.

-       Data is deleted securely using permanent deletion tools provided by Office 365.

 

6.   Data sharing and recipients

We will not share your personal data with third parties unless:

-       You explicitly consent to it

-       It is necessary for the delivery of our services (e.g., working with associate coaches under confidentiality agreements)

-       Required by law
